Cisteinil leukotrienski receptor 2 je protein koji je kod ljudi kodiran CYSLTR2 genom.[1][2][3]

Cisteinil leukotrieni LTC4, LTD4, i LTE4 sz važni posrednici ljudske bronhijalne astme. Farmakološka ispitivanja su utvrdila da cisteinil leukotrieni aktiviraju najmanje 2 receptora, protein kodiran ovim genom i CYSLTR1. Ovaj receptor je član superfamilije G protein spregnutih receptora. On je deo endokrinnih i kardiovaskularnih sistema.[3]
