Bradikininski receptor B1 (B1) je G-protein spregnuti receptor kodiran BDKRB1 genom kod ljudi. Njegov principalni ligand je bradikinin, peptid sa 9 aminokiselina koji se formira u patofiziološkim uslovima kao što je inflamacija, trauma, opekotine, šok, i alergija. B1 receptor je jedan od dva G protein-spregnuta receptora za koje je utvrđeno da vezuju bradikinin i posreduju response na te patofiziološke uslove.

B1 protein se sintetiše de novo nakon povrede tkiva. Njegovo vezivanje za receptor dovodi do povećanja citosolne koncentracije jona kalcijuma, što ultimatno dovodi do hroničnog i akutnog inflamatornog responsa.[1]
