Pantotenat kinaza (EC 2.7.1.33, pantotenatna kinaza (fosforilacija), pantotenska kiselina kinaza, ATP:pantotenatna 4'-fosfotransferaza, D-pantotenatna kinaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:(R)-pantotenat 4'-fosfotransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
