Plegmund (ili Plegemund;[2] ? - 2. august 914 ili 923) bio je nadbiskup Canterburyja od 890. do smrti. Dio historičara vjeruje da je prije dolaska na mjesto nadbiskupa živio kao pustinjak. Na mjestu nadbiskupa je reogranizirao Biskupiju Winchester, stvorio četiri nove biskupije te zajedno sa drugim učenjacima sudjelovao u prijevodima vjerskih knjiga. Nakon smrti je kanoniziran.

O njegovom ranom životu se ne zna gotovo ništa, osim da je bio mercijskog porijekla. Zbog reputacije učenjaka je privukao pažnju anglosaksonskog kralja Alfreda Velikog koji ga je oko 887. pozvao na svoj dvor. Tamo je pomagao u prijevodu Regula pastoralis pape Grgura I s latinskog na staroengleski.

Alfred ga je na mjesto nadbiskupa imenovao 890. Taj je događaj u svojim službenim spisima pozdravio Fulk, nadbiskup Reimsa. Prije toga je mjesto nadbiskupa bilo ponuđeno flandrijskom redovniku Grimbaldu koji je ponudu odbio. Plegmundov episkopat je kasnije potvrdio papa Formoz.

Čuvši da papa Sergije III nastoji poništiti sve odluke Formoza, Plegmund je godine 908. otputovao u Rim gdje je uspio Sergija nagovoriti da mu prizna episkopat. Nakon tog putovanja se u Englesku vratio s vrijednim relikvijama. Sljedećih nekoliko godina je proveo reorganizirajući crkvu. Nakon smrti ga je naslijedio Athelm.
