Athelm (ili Æðelhelm; ? -926) bio je anglosaksonski kršćanski svećenik, poznat kao prvi biskup Wellsa, a kasnije i nadbiskup Canterburyja.

Historijski izvori navode da je Athelm bio u srodstvu s kasnijim kenterberijskim nadbiskupom Dunstanom. Prije nego što je postao biskup, bio je redovnik u opatiji Glastonbury, prema nekim izvorima čak i njen opat. Na mjesto biskupa Wellsa je postavljen 909. Kenterberijskim nadbiskupom je postao između 923. i augusta 925. Njegovo prevođenje (translatio) iz jedne biskupije u drugu je predstavljalo presedan i dotada se smatralo protivno kanonskom pravu. Međutim, od njegovog vremena je postalo uobičajeno u Katoličkoj crkvi, kako u Engleskoj, tako i na Kontinentu.

Za vrijeme svog kratkog episkopata je dao iskovati kovanice sa svojim imenom. O njemu se ne zna gotovo ništa drugo.
