The Prisoner of Second Avenue (sh. Zatvorenik Druge avenije) je američka filmska komedija snimljena 1975. godine u režiji Melvina Franka. Predstavlja adaptaciju istoimenog komada Neila Simona premijerno izvedenog na Broadwayu nekoliko godina ranije. Protagonisti, koje tumače Jack Lemmon i Anne Bancroft su Mel i Edna Edison, sredovječni par koji živi u manhattanskoj Drugoj aveniji te se suočava sa nizom egzistencijalnih i financijskih problema, koje je dodatno pogoršao toplinski val koji je pogodio New York. Radnja prikazuje kako Mel, nakon što je ostao bez posla, sve teže podnosi svoju situaciju te se nalazi na rubu nervnog sloma.
