Highway 61 Revisited je šesti studijski album američkog kantautora Boba Dylana, izdan u augustu 1965. od strane kuće Columbia Records. Za razliku od prethodnog albuma Bringing It All Back Home, gdje se jedna strana sadržavala od pjesama "električnog" rock benda, a druga od solo akustičnih pjesama, Dylan je za Highway 61 Revisitedkoristio rock muziku za sve pjesme osim završne 11-minutne pjesme "Desolation Row". Kritičari su zbog Dylanove spsoobnosti da kombinira kompleksnu na bluesu baziranu rock muziku sa angažiranim i "dubokim" stihovima nazvali Highway 61 Revisited jednim od najuticajnijih muzičkih albuma ikada napravljenih.

Započevši sa svojim hit-singlom "Like a Rolling Stone", album sadrži mnoge pjesme koje se smatraju klasicima i koje je Dylan nastavio uživo svirati tokom svoje duge karijere kao što su "Highway 61 Revisited", "Ballad of a Thin Man" i "Just Like Tom Thumb's Blues". Dylan je album nazvao po istoimenom velikom auto-putu - prometnoj arteriji koja je spajala njegov rodni his Duluth u Minnesoti sa južnjačkim gradovima poznatim po bogatoj muzičkoj baštini kao što su St. Louis, Memphis i New Orleans.
