Frasier je popularni američki televizijski sitcom u kome je Kelsey Grammer reprizirao ulogu psihijatra dr. Frasiera Cranea iz prethodne TV-serije Cheers, završene nekoliko mjeseci ranije. David Hyde Pierce, John Mahoney, Jane Leeves i Peri Gilpin su uz njega bili stalna glumačka postava.
Seriju su stvorili i producirali David Angell, Peter Case i David Lee (kao Grub Street Productions) zajedno s Paramount Television. Ista trojka je također napisala i producirala Cheers i stvorila Wings.
Serija se emitirala na NBC-ui jedanaest sezona, od 16.9. 1993. do 13.5. 2004, postavši jednim od popularnih i od kritike hvaljenih TV-programa. Serija je osvojila rekordnih 39 nagrada Emmy za vrijeme emitiranja.
Frasier se na prostoru bivše Jugoslavije emitirao na programu HRT-a i beogradske TV-stanice Studio B.
