眼窩上神経（がんかじょうしんけい、英：supraorbital nerve）は、眼神経（三叉神経第1枝）の枝である前頭神経の末梢枝の一つである。

感覚神経であり、額から頭頂部の皮膚、上眼瞼結膜、前頭洞粘膜の知覚を支配する。

前頭神経は、眼窩中央部で眼窩上神経と滑車上神経に分枝する。眼窩上神経は眼窩上壁に沿って前方に走行し、外側枝と内側枝の2つの枝に分かれる。外側枝は眼窩上孔から、内側枝は前頭孔からそれぞれ前額部に出た後、いずれも前額部を上行して冠状縫合まで及び、前頭部・頭頂部の皮膚に分布する^[1]。
