Horst Werner Buchholz (4 Desember 1933 – 3 Maret 2003) adalah seorang aktor dan pengisi suara Jerman yang muncul di lebih dari 60 film layar lebar dari tahun 1951 hingga 2002. Selama masa mudanya, ia kadang-kadang disebut "James Dean orang Jerman".[1] Dia mungkin paling dikenal di negara-negara berbahasa Inggris karena perannya sebagai Chico di The Magnificent Seven (1960),[2] sebagai komunis di Billy Wilder One, Two, Three (1961), dan sebagai Dr. Lessing di Life Is Beautiful (1997).
