La frontière entre Cuba et Haïti est entièrement maritime et sépare les îles de Cuba et d'Hispaniola. Elle relie les deux détroits du Passage du Vent et du Passage de la Jamaïque.

En octobre 1977, un traité fut formalisé avec une ligne de démarcation en 51 points.
