Kody Blois MP (born January 17, 1991) is a Canadian politician who was elected to represent the riding of Kings—Hants in the House of Commons of Canada as a member of the Liberal Party in the 2019 Canadian federal election.[3][4] Kody is currently the Chair of the Standing Committee on Agriculture and Agri-Foods [5]
In May 2022, Blois was the only Liberal MP to support the opposition motion Bill C-234, which seeks to amend the Greenhouse Gas Pollution Pricing Act by exempting natural gas and propane used by farmers to dry grain and heat barns from the federal carbon tax.[6][7]
